We did that back in 2000-2001 in L.A. I used to to help prevent creases in shoes, some did it because they didnt tie shoes, and some just did it because other people were.

Yes , they have a been in south gate for a while. You can find tags from them at state st park, or ceaser chavez park. Those are the newest parks on southern ave. They kick it there alot i guess

BAY mainly stay south of the ardmore with the train tracks dividing them with GVLS. Garden View be on both sides of the tracks. Although BAY has been tagging all over the city.
