I heard that supposedly there are gangs like 18 st in Miami that have legitimate ties to California, but are there others? For example, in a certain neighborhood down here named cutler bay (formerly cutler ridge) there are geer gang crips. Are they branched from a hood in Los angeles? Anybody heard...
