I lived in Tijuana, Shell Town and National City all my life but I have family in East Los and I always get respect when Im out there. You can't compare LA and SD. LA has a bigger population. More people = more crime, more gangs etc... SO of course LA has deeper hoods. And honestly no hood in the US...
