So when did Lawndale 13 start? How did the Tortilla Flats die out in this area?

46th Street is still around. Small and definitely not what they used to be — but they were never that big even at their peak. But you still see their hit ups in the area.

I don’t know anything about them but I always thought Glassell Park (both the park and the neighborhood) was all Avenues territory.
