Are non latinos eligible to join Mara Salvatrucha?

Ive heard some latino gangs have foreign members such as whites and even middle easterners, so does MS13 take non latinos as well?

Ethnicities in Norteños gang? DO they accept Arabs?

The Norteños gang consists mainly of Latin members, but I heard they have members other ethnicities, do they accept Arabs for gang membership?

I ask this cuz I'm Arab.
