Any history on this varrio called LOCO PARK in South central Dont know much either but they used to get along with es13 which is now one of their worst enemies...Theese guys were a small but very active gang most of them are doing serious time thats why you dont see them and their hood is dying out...

Depends on the hood ...Most of them the real barrios you have to put in work I know fools from neighborhoods that had their whole hood spelled out 8 letters and they had to earn each letter..I know this applies allot to head tattoos
