I've met the head of the gang for Manchester City, called the 'Guvnors'. he grew up in Mosside, Manchester (Britain's Compton) and now owns his own pub/bar. after being banned from every football ground in the UK.

I saw a story by the British newsgroup BBC who did a documentary on "Middle American Street Gangs" .... check this ... they said the main gang was "MS18" ... retards! I emailed them and told them to check their sources.
