this is something ive noticed. small cities refuse to believe they have a gang problem till something happens. for example in my city brownsville, texas (city of 150,000) people deny we have gangs. they say the gangs are weak n wouldnt last in places like houston or LA. we do have a low murder rate....

the gangs are worse over there because the the cops dont care. you put the los angeles gangs over there they would be just as bad.
