That's interesting. What year did the Hoover Groovers end?

The ONLY places that i see Mexicans on that NK tip, is where they outnumber blacks, in high numbers. When it was more equal, or less mexican, they were absolutely quiet, in that nature. So, id simply say DEMOGRAPHIC shifts created this issue.

There are two Piru sets in pomona, california. W/S 456 BARJUD PIRU (defunct) and N/S 456 POMONA ISLAND PIRU. Does anyone know the history of either gang? How long have they been active? Who brought the PIRU name to the area?
