One of, if not the only, ese gangs started by Black dudes

Only other one I know of is The Mob Crew 13 in Boyle Heights got started by a Black dude from 1st Street ECC. Back in the 80’s.

You're missing W/S Tree Park Criminals 13. Their a newer hood around Lemon Grove park. I heard their active.

I heard about TPC13, but I’ve been through the heart of their hood and saw nothing but MS13 graffiti.

38th Street is one of the most active Low Bottoms gangs. I’d argue that of all the Low Bottoms gangs with street numbers in their name (22nd, 29th, 36th, 39th, 41st, etc) that 36th is the most active. 41st is probably second most active in that area.
