These numbers don't really make sense. L.A has one of the worst crime rates in the U.S. Maybe Milwaukee has a higher rate but those aren't gang related at all. I think this raph is off because there are WAY more than 112,000 people in North Las Vegas, and about 1.7 million people IN the city of Las...
