what would happend if a half white, half mexican( that doesnt speak spanish) homie wanted to join a mexican gang? or a black gang? or any mixed people joining diffrent gangs?

There are always a few blacks in the Mexican gang and a few Mexicans in the Black gang. There is no rule against it, but it just happens on occasion. I bet everyone black person has a story about their Mexican homie from their hood and every Mexican has a story about a Black dude from their neighborhood.
