here in the DC and MD area we had and still have alot of neighborhood crews, one of our biggest gangs in the 80's was the Gangsta Chronicles, and a couple of little gangs that were thier rivalries, there were jamaican gangs that trying to take over in the late 80's early 90's but that didnt work, there were so many spanish people in Nothern VA, some parts of MD and DC when MS-13 started they had alot of recruits, B's and C's been in DC since the 80's but are now just really starting to make noise in the DMV, and the neighborhood crews are either converting over or beefing with them for taking thier blocks or trying to.

I have a question about 69 ville. There was a cat who came to OKC from Oakland and started a gang called 69ville/69 village gangster bloods. Everybody recognized them as 69 Ville for short. Well eventually this gang clicked up with Bloods and became a blood set. Was this gang ever actually bloods or what?
