I aint recruited nanbody since sophomore year in high school. back then, it depended on what we wanted him out her to do. Sometimes, we have a nigga steal somethin from a clicc we beefin with. most of the time, individuals do not have to recruit new gang members. The neighborhood will recruit them naturally. When troubled youth come of age (14.5 average) the will seek out the gang, searching for commonality and family. He will meet someone in the gang, and it will appear he was recruited, but in actuality, the gang image does the recruiting.

Recruit? man - if you from the hood and you wanna get put on, you get put on the set. dont go looking for people cuz how they gonna bang the hood if they not already in that hood? no real recruitin going on - it kinda takes care of itself.
