Buy them from who exactly?

What about gang members who can't pass background checks?

I want to ask this question. Is it a myth or reality that gang members also get free guns that are left near train tracks and other places? Is this true or an urban legend?

Do you think it's an urban legend? If a train with guns as cargo is stopped in a Chicago, do you find it hard to believe they'd get stolen?
