Does United Bamboo exist

I've been wondering about joining United Bamboo because I want to be part of my heritage (Taiwanese). Accordingly, it has the least beef with any other gangs and I read other comments that it's very chill. Any ideas on who to contact for joining?

I seem like gangster- wanna be but I want to relate somewhat to my culture...
