^These guys are from Satanas. Is STS even around in that area anymore? I remember when STS was predominantly Filipino back in the day. The article lists the defendants and it seems like a mixed bunch. I remember hearing that a Korean guy and an Indian guy were involved. What a trip, I didn't kno Cerritos STS was that mixed in recent years.

had some staunch 'homies' by the looks of things, prepared to see him take a dirt nap while they get between 6-11 years, so much for 'the code of the streets'.....

"Cerritos" side STS has been diverse as hell for as long as I can remember. Just as many Koreans and Japanese even as there were Pinoy, if not more, and a few Khmer from LB who's relatives musta been part of LB STS back in the day. A lot of those fools from that side of STS aren't even from Cerritos or LA county at all, but rather from cross the river in La Palma and Buena Park. Those fools stay active even if off the radar mainly, beefing with Arta13 and HG, but mainly Arta, and TBZ

In my older days when I was trying to kick back I wound up being cool with some old school STS and TRG heads that used to post up at an internet cafe in Anaheim/BP border called PC Zone, and they were a mad mix bunch, 3-4koreans, 1 thai, 1 lao, 2 flips, a japanese head and a mexican head all from (ex) STS from cerritos and la palma, and then they had khmer homies who I guess were ex Raskals from Lakewood trying to just kick back out the county and lay low.

It was funny to me how we found our common ground in killing each other on computer screens playing Counter Strike instead of doing it for real in the streets haha.

edit:
On a side note, I was reading through the comments on the article and something struck me, something I guess I, personally, have become desensitized to; the title of the article. Whenever any black or hispanic gang members commit violent, newsworthy crimes, which is almost daily, they simply title the article like 'Gang member shoots 3' or something like that, trying to still be PC in the face of such heinous acts. Whereas if it's an Asian who commits the crime they call the article something like ASIAN GANG MEMBER SHOOTS 3, making it a point to label the race of the gang member, as if the voice of the Asian people in the USA is so quiet they don't have to tread lightly and be PC. Just something to think about.

This guy really did it to himself. All those suicide notes were a signed confession. It's interesting to see how the guy was trying to get his homies off the hook and now he's trying to have them do life. Now that it's mentioned, the media putting 'asian' gang member instead of just 'gang member' stands out. Guess that's what happens when a 'model minority' commits a crime.
