LA Hoovers in Inglewood?

yo man..anyone know a homie named scoopy who rolled with a hoover set in inglewood/compton? dudes real name is mike. he said hes west coast hoover crippin fo life and shit, seems like a straight dude. i was just seein wassup. you don't see many dudes like him crippin hardcore in columbus

and there are definitely no real Hoovers in Columbus Ohio, maybe some copycat hoods, thats for sure.

There are Hoovers in Inglewood. They probably do not have a real strong hood presence but they are there. They kick it in the after hours spot over by Over Hill Sixties and NHP territories.

The Hooovers are cool with IF, so most of them if they want they could come to inglewood. I know a few that come in and out but none stay or hitup in inglewood.
