The Eighteens have a offical click in 83rd.St Hoover Hood, (SC 18ST LGS).

They bee on one block 82nd St between fig and Hoover to broadway.

I havent heard of any confict between the two, 18ST numbers aint up enough over there for them to Act Up.

74/83 is Hooverland, headquarters, ground zero for the Hoovers. dont see 18ST power playing in the Heart of Hoover Hood.

If there is anything going, it hasnt gone far, no killings and no wall banging, so aint nothin serious going on.

18ST had a strong presence in 52 Hoover & Broadway Hood back in the 1980s, but that presence has been watered down because you got other outside Chicano, i wont say Chicano, i dot think these dudes are homegrown Mexican Americans, you got outside Sureno gangs proping up daily over there (s/s Temple St, NSU 13, BMS, etc).

The 59 Hoovers have a 18ST presence to, but the clicks are not local, there KIng Blvd Gangstas and Rancho Park Locos.

Same with the 92's by Manchester Park, a couple of Pe We Winos from the West Adams ae be over there, but some w/s Crazy Riders started a s/s Crazy riders click there and the Carnales got a click over there too on Fig, alll beef with eachother (13's).

South Central east of western is a Mess, becoming cluttered by multiple outside Clicks.

around that time 18s and hoovas functioned together quite well...the whole hood was blasted up with 18s and hoova no crossouts at all
