that was Wicked Wink (BIP), and a good dude, but the wheel chair didnt slow him down but a 9mm eventually did. Yeah, there were a few Bloods neighborhoods trying to reconcile that situation. VNs, 20s, FTBs, were all trying to say that the individuals involved shouldnt SET TRIP, and Wink was the only body that dropped. I got a photo from 1996 where the BPP wrote HPBk a few times.
