You talkin about Geer Gang? I'm not sure. Haven't been through that area in a while.

I know Geer started up a set in Denver, and I heard Ohio too.

Geer Gang Denver is probably is more active than the original Geer Gang LA hood.

I think you're right regarding 18's closest hood being West Adams...although if they did set up shop in Palms for a bit, than that would be closer to Sotel. Not sure if 18 is scattered around Palms at all anymore.

18s got bused to Webster Jr High back in the 70s & 80s.

Webster was a Sotel School.

18s had a click on La Cienega & Venice called TMS.

And the SDGS in the West Adams District, borderline Culver City.

Smiley Drive 18s had no border enemies...Farwest from the Barrio Wars. They were in a Black Gang World.

Harpys in the 20s & 30s were their closest enemies. A trip down Adams or Jefferson.

18th street has a lot of territory spread throughout L.A. It's common to see them beef with gangs all over the place.

The Far-West 18s dont/didnt have border enemies.

The 18s in Black Neighborhoods had to drive distance to get cracking on enemies.

18-Rimpaus
18-Smiley Drive
18-La Cienga & Venice (defunct)

18-King Blvd had the Dead End-Harpeys to the North.
18-54 Locos had the F13 in 6 Pack E/C/C hood, but they were scattered F13s from unincorported-Florence.
18-South Central in 83-Hoover hood were isolated too. Closest enemies F13 in 62-Brim hood, F13 in ECC hood, CXL in Swan hood and South x Los in 112-Hoover's ex-Hood..

The Real Barrio Wars with the Eighteen Streets were in Central L.A/Pico Union/Rampart Area, surrounded by enemies.....the Heart Land of 18st....

well i do agree the hard core barrio war with 18 and ms in the mix was defenetly more activ in pico union area were it was close range sharing same park ect ect but ....the south central barrio war had also a hard core era involving 18 vs f13 that war was goin down as hard as the one with mara talkin about body count and u had 38st and pbs in the mix those arent small sets but i was alway under the impression that the south central 18 was deeper than the clombia lil cycos or those pico union clicks

it was the vatos version of the hoova vs coast beef lol but since coast went at it with f13 seems like that 18 vs f13 war calmed down...but the 18street presence over hooverland 80 81 st is impressive them vatos are painters placaso artist

Not True.

18s v F13s in South Central was not a big deal.

Im surprised you would even say that.

To compare 18 v F13 on the same scale as Hoovers v East Coast is ridiculous.

i was comparing the two because most ecc hood had f13 clika not far or even sharing hood and its the same for hoover and 18 street so its the same geo configuration... so u had vatos from the 50's to the 90's blasting at each other some comin from the east sc and the other from the west its very similar to ecc vs hoover in term of goe localisation of both faction not in term of intensity it wasnt even the same era to start with
