We go back, and I'm 4 years older than him. He ended up being from Hoover because thats the hood we grew up in. I moved and went into another direction but I just got back connected with that family. I love them all like brothers so I cant wait to see him. He's young so It's not really a history thing. He's also tight with another friend who is doing life and is from Hoover. We all grew up together. I want to know if you guys have any questions for a young Hoover? It's often hard to penetrate their walls of silence but these guys are my family long before Hoover days.

Do they identify as gangsta crips, criminals or just Hoovers ?
Do the Hoover criminals and Hoover crips see each other as the same ?

Those are pretty basic questions.
All Hoovers identify as Criminals not Crips, or Gangstas, except for the 52 Hoover Crips.
52 Hoover Gangster Crips are the only Hoover gang left with the Crip identity. They are clicked with 51 Trouble Gang and affiliate with the Gangsta Crip card.

I moved to Inglewood in 2003, and left Washington High and went to Inglewood High. I'll tell you some of the stories when I get home. I can't tell you the way it is today honestly.

I'm not from Hoover, I grew up in the Hoovers, and I also grew up on the East Side. I've moved all over throughout my childhood. I did actually do a summer semester at Bret Hart.

To elaborate, my lil hommie and a few friends ended up being from Hoover and I never knew about that happening because I moved away. But it does make sense because we lived in the 107's. But at the time we didn't care about gangs one way or another but as they got older they stayed. I moved to Inglewood and adopted that life style.
