Who shot Tookie ?

Tookie was shot in the legs whilst high off sherm on his porch in Compton, according to his book.
My question is who you think did it ?
It is assumed it was the Pirus. Which faction ?
Someone said it was Puddin who blasted him.
Any thoughts

Vincent Owens is alive, he might know, but the Pirus obviously shot him, since it happened in Compton.
