When I was living around there in the early 2000’s
you had:

Front Hood
Arlington Gangsters
Bryanhurst Gangsters
Dime Blocc
58st
OverHills
and I had a few cats tell me there was a
“NeighborHood Click” too but idk that was along time ago

I believe that it's not really cliques per se, it's one gang with one big area. The different areas of 60s hood are known as Front Hood, Aves, back Hood, Overhills... but this is just how they describe the different areas, not names of cliques.

You can’t forget about the AG,the BG,and the Dime... back hood is a new term,avenues is too...60’s didn’t bang Aves back in the day..that was a 40’s thing. You never see R60’s Aves
Hit up...but you will see Arlington/Fronts/Bg/OH next to they hit up...I use to live on 3rd ave and 67th street not too far from SouthWest drive...

AG is either Front Hood or Avenues, 10th Ave/Dime Blocc is Avenues, BG is back Hood, Overhills is originally back Hood... these are certainly not new terms, been in use since at least the mid-late 80s to my knowledge but I'm sure way before that

Yea I never heard anyone bang back hood me personally. But that do make sense fronts arevin the aves..but I just
remember asking one of them 60’s personally about a aves click a them saying it was a 40 thang...this was like 2000/2001 a little bit of 02 I was like 13/14/15

I always looked at it like this from living over there for a while when I was a kid :
Front Hood- from Crenshaw to like Van Ness/Florence to like 67th street.
Arlington G’z- that Van Ness and SoutWest drive(train tracts) area??? I remember going on Arlington and 2nd
Ave with a few friends and them telling me this is the Ag.
BryanHurst G’z- Crenshaw to West Blvd/Florence to HydePark(could be off a little bit)
dime Block- 60th and 10ave being the center.hydepark to slauson/Crenshaw to like Van Ness
58’s-Slauson to 48th street/Crenshaw to Van Ness
OverHillz- Crenshaw to almost LaBrea(some may say further down towards the FoxHills mall)/Slauson to 48th street
As far as the side bordering Western Ave not too sure...someone who currently lives there or that is from 60 please correct me if I’m wrong
