You are from the Eastcoast and probably watch a lot of gangland.
That show gangland made everyone that lives out of state think there is some huge race war in LA.
Majority of blacks in LA are killed by other blacks and the majority of surenos are killed by other surenos.
Too many child hood friends and family members have been killed from blood on crip violence or crip on crip violence or blood on blood violence for black gangs to put aside their differences.
And the blacks are really not that organized in jail or prison compared to the Latinos.
