What gang is Fernando Beltran from?
This guy was listed on the LA County Probation wanted list. His name is Fernando Beltran and it looks like he has a "HS13" tattoo, they saying he is from Chicanos 13.

Huntington Park Locos 13 gang Chicanos click, you can actually see the "HPLS" on the top of his right eyebrow, and the obvious CHS on his forehead, he also has BWST ontop of his left eyebrow which is the Broadway street click, the huntington park locos gang has 4 or more clicks, the most known being, PBZ/ Los PartyBoyz, HST / Hoodstreeters, BWST / Broadway Street, and CHS / Chicanos, and seeing as to how he has "HPLS, BWST and CHS" tatted on his face, aswell as "hood" on his chin, which is the hood street click, its pretty obvious that hes from there.
