Summer Jam 2002 concert by 100.3 the Beat

Last year during the Summer Jam concert (2002) a large gang fight broke out when LL Cool J was performing. The concert had to be halted that took place at at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Irvine, Calif and 15,000 people had to leave before the concert was over.

There was footage of this showed all over the news and I was wondering if anybody recorded this news or has this footage on tape. I need footage of this for a project that I am working on and if you got it, you would really be helping me out.

I remember that, but I don't have that footage. I had several pieces of gang "stories" on a tape, I'll try to find it. I had the one Tom Brokaw Special where he spoke with some 99Mafia's, some Eastside Pirus, some LilWatts, some Lennox13, a Female Ex-Chola gang counselor, and that Sheriff who has all the 411 on the street. I also had on it another piece from long ago, with some footage of LimeHood some cat named Dusty and his OG was this female who tried to act as a gang counselor, some Rollin60's, but I forgot who did that gang special. Does anybody out there have footage of that Geraldo episode with all L.A. Gangmembers? I believe it even had the Booyaa Tribe on there performing, and it was like back in 88 or 89? There was also a gang special on Ch9 long ago, where some LB SOS were jumping in one cat, who later turned out to be on the run from the gang.

i never saw all those footages in lime hood ,but i knew a cat named yg dustee from lime hood he was hanging with a nigga named yg punch ru he got jump near dominguez high by my homie screwy, i think he's dead by now ?do you remember that footage with temple street ?and the raymonds in a g ride lol and those stupid bloods that did a drive by and ended in a wall lol and the jakson ass blood skinny with an afro trying to fist fight against bullets in front of a church ? i wish i can see all those footages

Nah, I missed all that. That story I was talking about on that cat Dusty, they showed him in a Mr. Jeckyl & Hyde sense. They showed him as an aspiring football player, I guess he played for his high school, and then they showed him as one of those bloods throwing bottles at oncoming cars in the middle of the street. And there was this cat on there freestyling about some dead homie named avery. Damn, can't believe I remember the segment like that. Soon as I get off, I'm gonna go check my moms crib for the tape. I remember the rollin 60 segment too, some cat named creeper and lil creeper...talkin' about school kids know more about rollin' 60 than they do their homework...LOL.

every year its a fight at summer jam between grape street crips in bloods every year the grape street watts crips get into it with every one at summer jam but this year the east coast crip is going to be there deep this year.

yeah one year i think it was 94 ,the grape street jumped on the 60's and the hunters joined grape against the hoodstaz claimin its a watts thang ..
this year yall can count on s/s compton all kp tinys they have a big beef with grape ,all my lil homies wants the funk ...and teach watts baby locs a lesson

Yeah, i also remenber all that geraldo,48hours stuff about LA gangs.They had 99 mafia on some tv show back in the early 90's.They had some cat who just got out the joint and they said he was the leader.They also had this dude name budah from the 99's who got his jaw broke from a baseball bat,and it was sewn shut.Anybody know what happen to buddah?? Also on one of those geraldo shows they had these 2 bloods one named twilight and the other one named sal. Sal was mexican,and i guess they did a anti gang commerical that aired in LA. They had they're flags on in the commerical.Anybody know what happen to them cats??

i din't saw the documentry but twilight is a well know blood from circle city piru the nigga claimed he was the leader of the bloods lololol he got jumped casue of this by his own hood nowaday the nigga stopped he is a gang couselor or something like that ...

the 99 Mafia's were on Tom Brokaws documentayr on gangs in 1988 or 1989. He interveiwed them on Century infront of that liquor store off Normandie. One of those guys in the interviewed had already been smoked.

My memory is so bad I thought it was 2002, but reading what you sports here wrote, i'm getting 2003. (I seriously doubt it was 2003 because I don't remember going anywhere in 2003!) Yes, it's on C-Bo's tape.
