There are the MS area in LA that I know of:

- Valley, there is a MS click somewhere in the Valley

north hollywood was where ms originally opened shop in the valley if i remember correctly.

also in and around sepulveda area when i was growing up.

both drug spots obviously


there was already traditional barrios in the valley , so like all the other l.a. hoods , they have to be sprinkled around here and there.

it's not like barrio van nuys or varrio san fer or reseda , etc. is just gonna let them set up shop so easily.

i remember a few ms even tried to set up in valerio gardens a few years after valerio st. left those apartments.

There is no such thing as "the strongest hood" - how do you measure that? Some neighborhoods are small while others are bigger, etc. Some neighborhoods have many rivals while others have one or 2 rivals, so you can really know who is "stronger"

MS in the valley started on Fulton and Sherman Way...Fulton LS. They also had a clique on Sepulveda and Roscoe by the Mcdonald's. They used to kick it pretty deep at the gas station on that corner on the weekends. Nowadays, you hardly see them in the Valley. Like most Valley gangs, they spend most of their time cruising around looking to catch someone slipping. Last I heard of them in the Valley was about 2 yrs ago when they killed a young man on Sepulveda and Vanowen. Kid was 19yrs old I believe but didn't bang.
