Is there a neighborhood called Raskals or Rascals in the Atwater area near Toonerville?

Atwater mainly,south of TVR hood. Once you cross the bridge into Atwater, is where their turf starts(5 fwy)..ends by San Fernando Rd. Los Feliz Blvd North, south you can go down to Glendale Ave, maybe a few blocks past that. That used to be where they took hold, along with Atwater Pinoy Real.

They used to have an L.A. click, hung around in Diamond St turf (some were related to them). Mainly a chicano gang. Their asian counterparts (share same turf) is PR.
