I'm curious what's the one little gang on Catalina? And two gangs with 17 total members in Signal Hill!?!?

the one gang in Lost Hills division is Malibu Shores Only, a surfer gang.
the one gang in West Hollywood - some Rebels 13 maybe?

The gang on Catalina is called Brown Pride Locos. They're definitely the safest gang from rivals in LA County!
