I saw this graffiti, Lowest Bottomz, I believe the "H" is either for Hood or Hustler on Naomi and 23rd Street on the Eastside near Lokos Parks and 20s Outlaw Bloods

The dudes that live over their been claiming that forever...
Never seen it hit up on a wall before...
When I first started hearing about them they was a collective group of dudes from different gangs that lived over there that claimed those blocks but not in the gang since...
I guess the younger generation over there taking it to another level...

Thay have been around since probably late 80s it stands for low bottom hustlas...They are almost extinct...They were around loco parks neihborhood and always shared hood and mostly got along ..But early I noticed around 2010 they started having beef with loko park
