Varrio East LA 13

Started out in Aliso Village in the 1970s, expanded out to Eastmont with their Whittier Blvd Side Tiny Dukes, and then after AV was torn down the AV ones moved up the hill to Brooklyn and Soto area.

Did the clique over by Soto & Chavez move in to MCF13’s hood? Did MCF get pushed out or are they sharing the same blocks? Always wondered...
