well, i'm not in Los anymore and haven't been for a long azz time, but Toonerville is in Tropico, and Thee Rascals are in Atwater Village, and Clantone was up by Adam's Square (southern section), but all those areas are not really Glendale, they're still part of L.A. but everybody calls it as Glendale. Chevy Chase Park Locos back in the day were independent, but later got incorporated into TVR. The Armenians, well, I don't know about them, wasn't around for that.

They're on the westside of Glendale, along both sides of the 5, bordering Elmwood's hood. Toonerville is in Glendale in the areas south of Colorado, while Clanton's just east of them.
