I found this floating around not too long ago. There is apparently an 18th Street faction somewhere in the city of Oaxaca as well, but I'm surprised that an East LA gang has such a strong presence. I would have expected to see other Koreatown or Mid-City gangs down there before East LA gangs,mainly because Oaxaquenos are concentrated in those neighborhoods, but I guess not.
