Friends 13 (Hollywood)

I was in Hollywood and saw alot of Friends 13 (Frs) hit ups. Also their was alot of ABZ13 hit ups and i think they are crossing each other out. This was around El Centro and Leland right before Sunset blvd. Also seen a Rebels 13 hit up on same block. Anyone heard of them? What is Abz13? I saw Boyz on the wall but thats it. Also what does Varrio Em13 SGV stand for? I assume SGV is for San Gabriel valley but Frs13 crossed them out

Alky Boys. And Friends were around in the 90's before they died out. Sounds like they're making a comeback.
