This is what I Know correct me if I'm wrong I'm not 100% on all this it's hearsay of having been around.


Vincent town 13 started in the 90s sometime in North hills. Originally they were formed by Paisano's from Nayarit Mexico which is why they rock the NY Yankee hats. For Nayarit San Vicente.
