Burglary rate: 23 per 1000 (Compton 8.5)
Robbery rate: 2 per 1000 (Compton 6)
Car Theft: 17 per 1000 (Compton 9)
Aggravated Assault: 21 per 1000 (Compton 13) just for comparision

What isnt nice about them? they look like the middle class areas of my town. They all have gardens, i cant see no fire damage or burned out vehicles, theres no abandoned homes. Place actually looks very nice on closer inspection. Wish my estates (projects) were that nice
