Hilltop Crips on the mid 1970s

Many neighborhoods can not maintain themselves with the level of competition. They may get pulled into other neighborhoods or they just fade out. Only discuss those areas from LOS ANGELES that are gone.

Hilltop Crips on the mid 1970s

Does anyone know of a gang called the Hilltop Crips that were active near the Baldwin Village / Jungles area before the Black Stones became strong there?

Whaaaat....Theres Hill Top Crips in Washington State. Their main rivals are the homies from OLBZ that go by Original Loko BloodZ but they still fambam.

Are these HTC you talking about connected with the ones in Washington?
