Monterey Park Poorside

Many neighborhoods can not maintain themselves with the level of competition. They may get pulled into other neighborhoods or they just fade out. Only discuss those areas from LOS ANGELES that are gone.

Monterey Park Poorside gang was active back in the 1970s, there hood was located around Atlantic bl. and Garvey Ave. They are now a defunct/extinct los angeles, california varrio

yeah, between Garfield and atlantic, south of garvey around barnes park
