Barrio Loco

Many neighborhoods can not maintain themselves with the level of competition. They may get pulled into other neighborhoods or they just fade out. Only discuss those areas from LOS ANGELES that are gone.

Barrio Loco 13 existed in South Central, Los Angeles, California back in the 1970s, they claimed E 21st and Maple Ave as there turf, not to be confused with "Loco Park 13" these were two separate varrios, Today this neighborhood is defunct, but was active at one point in time, they pretty much died out on there own in the '90s era.
