Watts Quarter Gang, it was a latino gang in watts, california, and they were at war with Florencia 13 back in the 1950s, and responsible for the murder of florencia 13 gang member Richard Vasquez, 17, who was shot to death at a bus stop at 119th and San Pedro after he threw a bottle at a car driven by George Guerena, a Quarters gang member. They were also responsible for the murder of Emily Guzman, 18, on September 1, 1957, she was a Watts Quarter gang member but was mistaken by other Quarter gang members as a rival, while she passed by in a car, she was shot to death. Today this gang is defunct.
