Hoover Park Family (1968/69 - early 1980s)

Many neighborhoods can not maintain themselves with the level of competition. They may get pulled into other neighborhoods or they just fade out. Only discuss those areas from LOS ANGELES that are gone.

Hoover Park Family (1968/69 - early 1980s)

Hoover Park Family started around the area of Hoover Park in the late 1960s and included members from the defunct Blood Alley gang that existed in the area during the 1960s and late 1950s.
