Varrio Mateo in Downtown LA area

Many neighborhoods can not maintain themselves with the level of competition. They may get pulled into other neighborhoods or they just fade out. Only discuss those areas from LOS ANGELES that are gone.

Alejandro, didn't they go by Mateo Street Bombers?

Martinez compa from Clanton, Bully I think was his place, he talked about that old barrio east of Alameda before the river, and they were contemporaries of the Macey Street Lancers.

That vato had a lot of good info on old gangs from that area around Clanton back in the day.

These guys were also rivals of la 7th street in DTLA, both of which are defunct today.
