mota locos

Many neighborhoods can not maintain themselves with the level of competition. They may get pulled into other neighborhoods or they just fade out. Only discuss those areas from LOS ANGELES that are gone.

Someone had posted in a different thread that there was a gang called the "Mota Locos", that was active back in the 1980s, they were in the Hollywood area, but are no longer active today. Just thought i'd post it in here since I did not see it listed in the inactive gang list.

I remember them being around the Hollywood and Wilshire and Mid City areas circa 1985-ish, never really knew where their hood was but they used to fight Poserz and related gangs like SxR

Interesting.. looks like this gang no longer claims a Hollywood click anymore, but they do claim a South Central click called the "Baby Gangsters, BYG" on 39st and Gramercy.. and another click in South Gate. And apparently they hate 18st, Playboys 13, Tokers 13, Lost Angels 13 (LOAS13), any Watts varrios, Hang Out Boys 13, The Bratz 13 and Compton Varrio Locos 13, they had all of these rival gangs crossed out.

are they all really one from the same or, are they diff ones from diff parts of the city/county throwing props for each other and maybe even gotten together after they each came out differently (??)

They are all one of the same, just a newer click in a different generation.
