I fought with the dude who he is accused of green lighting in like 90. around 91 and 92 dudes from the Hills were popping up dead all over, rumor was it was all in house.

Rene Boxer Enriquez will be testifying against Lalo on Tuesday morning, July 10, 2012 in downtown LA. He started testifying against Lalo's extortion trial last Thursday and Friday, there was a break in the case on Monday and it will continue Tuesday Morning.

Lalo is on trial with co-defendant JOSEPH LEDEZMA, 31, who used to be a camarada for Lalo and Wino Grajeda, but in 2010 he decided to drop-out and debrief. They are trying to get him to testify against Lalo, but appears that he may have decided not to, as Joseph Garivay decided last year during the murder trial. He went from becoming a witness against Lalo to a co-defendant.

They are in pre lim hearing stage right now.

Boxer's testimony was delayed until November, so this prelim hearing is still going on. The the surprisingly has not much evidence against Lalo who is about to have his second trial since 2010. The murder charge was not filed against Lalo in this case. He received a mistrial in that case, and the judge told the District Attorney that he could not try that case again unless he had more evidence, so in essence Lalo beat the murder case.

Lalo's case in late 2012 on drug dealing in the county and green lighting fools on the street was week, and the District Attorney took a new case to the grand jury and indicted him on new charges. He had a court hearing last week and he is not due in court until May 2013. This case is really dragging out.

Without putting too much out there the hit that Lalo is being accused of didnt have anything to do with him. I heard it was some in house cleaning and someone else put the word out. I wont reveal names but from what Ive heard on the street it wasnt even mafia busines but Varrio bizness. The courts are just using this as an opportunity to keep a powerful man off the streets.

A lot of names was already mentioned in the prelim, I even heard the actual telephone calls that Lalo made where he told Ledesma who was on the streets at the time that an entire clique had to go, along with several names. But no one was killed, so they hit him with a conspiracy.

Lalo is a talker, which surprise me. When he is on the phone he doesn't do a good job of code talking. He talk as if the government isnt listening in as they were.

Lalo died a few days ago in the LA County jail from what they are calling a drug overdose.

Life Legacy

Eulalio Martinez, more affectionately known as “Lalo”, 52, of Fontana, California, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, June 20, 2013. He was born on February 12, 1961, in Mexico City, Mexico, to Marcus Martinez and Francisca (Vega) Martinez. He worked as a Factory Worker for Western Steel for over 5 years.

Lalo is survived by his beloved wife, Gina Martinez; his step-children: Jacob Juarez, Joaquin Juarez and Julie Juarez; his brother, Marco Martinez; and his sister, Maria Velasco. He will be forever loved and missed by many other family members and friends.

Eulalio Martinez will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery in the City of Montebello. May he rest in peace.

In 1981 Lalo was 19/20 but if this is 1984, that would make Lalo 22/23 which is possible but a bit old to be in YS. I know you can be up to 25 years old in YS, so I guess it is possible.
