So what was up with Oakes to do that? Did 90s have beef with 60s or something? He had personal beef with the two dudes he shot? Or he was just crazy & ignorant? According to records, he was only about 14 at the time.

Darrel P Oakes was born on January 21, 1965, this incident happened in March or April of 1979. I know that Kody Scott said it occurred in the fall, but I believe it was in the Spring so Darrel just barely turned 14 when he killed Big Rick's little brother Tyrone.

Let me correct myself. When Darryl Oakes was from 90, it was actually 90 Gangster Crips, they were not Neighborhoods yet in 1979. ALso After he went to jail, he did about 5 years in YA, got out and never came back to the hood. Has anyone scene him? He is still in LA.
