Eric “Insane” Petersen, Hat Gang & Compton Ave Crip founder

Apparently Eric “Insane” Petersen was one of the early Hat Gang members in the early 1970s, but then he left the set, maybe got kicked off the set and started Compton Avenue Crips (95). Dont know if he is still around.
