Eventually it was going to happen, that age will catch up and new swimmer would step up, congrats to the guy, forgot his name, and Phelps had a great run, 2004, 2008 medals.

I assume you're congratulating Ryan Lochte? He looked solid.
But I've been watching the heats and Phelps is finally coming back up. After that 4x100 relay where Lochte pretty much blew it for the USA team Phelps probably has some pressure off him.

he won 2 individual gold medals and lost 2 individual heats, great career, over 20 medals. I think he still can complete 4 years from now.
