SH: Mobb Deep disses Tupac; Hussein Fatal to reply
Friday, November 19, 2004
A new track by Prodigy of Mobb Deep has been released on a mixtape in which Prodigy takes a shot at the late Tupac Shakur. "I only loved Tupac after his death, but man if we'd have bumped heads, you woulda been a mess." This follows a beef between Mobb Deep and Tupac and the Outlawz, after Mobb Deep dissed Tupac in 1995 for no reason other than the media fueld East/West beef.
Outlaw members, Napoleon, EDI, Kastro and Young Noble squashed the beef with Mobb Deep a few years ago, so it is surprising to hear such a shot from Prodigy. However, in true Outlaw style, Hussein Fatal, around whom along with the late Kadafi Tupac formed the Outlawz, is said to have recorded a reply to the diss. The situation is also addressed on Fatal's Fataveli Vol. 2 mixtape

This is pointless. Why record a diss track when the guy you itend to diss is resting in peace. And the bumping heads part is not gonna happen either. So why even bother.
I really like Mobb Deep early albums and the song "Drop a gem on 'em" was tight. Seems like they're running of ideas, i dunno...

I am tired of his little punk mouth. All he does is talk for publicity because he knows his albums can't sell. Like did he think he could actually handle Roc-a-fella. I am getting tired of seeing him get owned, he should pick on someone his own size....someone he can hang with....like Bizarre. He would probably still get smoked.

The song is on a mixtape. Just because the mixtape is new doesn't mean the song is. Many djs take lyrics from songs many years ago and release them. You lames act like the song was on mobb deep's last album.

Keith Murray has done atleast two solo records, plus one whit Redman and Eric Sermon. And he did few years in jail for hitting some guy whit a stealpipe. Don't remember if that guy died or not.MR_BIGGZ wrote:Who's Keith Murray, and where can I find this diss?GUNJA SMOKIN wrote:keith murray has just put out a diss 2 mobb deep
Here's Keith's homepage: http://www.defjam.com/keithmurray/
And I'd like to hear that diss also. I've never liked Mobb Deep a bit. They're trying too much to be something they are not.

Re: Mobb Deep disses Tupac; Hussein Fatal to reply
Mob Deep was mad with it and they allways will be, they stayed true to the game. I think the Mixtape is an old song that never got realeased because Mob Deep never really had a problem w/ 2Pac, it was with the Outlaws. Cant' nobody see Mob deep in QB though.

Hussein Fatal would smash MOBB lyrically - no kontest
Re: Mobb Deep disses Tupac; Hussein Fatal to reply
They didn't like 2 pac then so why act like they do now. Everybody swings on 2pac's nutz, If it's new I give them props for saying what they feel, nowing that all the 2pac groupies or going to try and diss. You still can't Funk with "The Infamous". You got to see 2pac from the East perspective, after he got his azz shot, he cried and went to the west, then made his image behind real G's and dissed the place he came from. even though I like alot of his early stuff, to me, he looked like a bitch when he switched sides. Why should Mobb Deep or anybody have to hold thier tongue because he's dead.
