Special Ed

I heard Special Ed on the radio a couple months ago and he said he was coming out with a new album. Although I think his time has passed I found it interesting that he would attempt a come back. Has anyone heard any of his new stuff?

I thought he was supposed to come out like 3-4 years ago, but his deal fell through with what ever label at the time. Man, Special Ed was dope..."I Got It Made" is classic, like Monkeywrench said.

I don't know what or how he can relate to todays kids, all that dirty souf and "get low" screaming in your ear stuff, but the kids love it. Plus, Puffy or Neptunes or Jay Z never bit Special Ed's beats or lyrics (yet)...so I don't think todays kids would know anything about Special Ed or that era of hip hop.

I know I'm getting old when I play Rakim and my kids tell me to turn off that old rap and put in some Lil Jon...arggghhhhhhh

Anybody remember when special Ed got beat up on stage, he was late and the crowd was gettin upset. And when Ed got on stage they threw a chair upside his head and people flooded the stage. Anyway his was smooth with his lyrics, but don't think he can bring it like the rappers today. Don't think many would appreciate him.
